All the garments that are in stock are dispatched within 2-3 days after an order has been placed (up to 14 days for international orders, excluding the US). For all items available on backorder, please allow up to 30 days for your garment to be completed by a professional seamstress. Please, check the exact term of backorder preparation on the product page. Please note that during sale and holidays period processing may be slightly delayed.

DELIVERY

Express worldwide delivery is processed by DHL. You can check the status of your order using the tracking number at the DHL website: www.logistics.dhl.

We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready.

Please note that we use external shipping services and any delays occurring on their side are at the responsibility of the shipping company.

TAXES & DUTIES

The charges, if any, at the destination point are not included in the price at the check-out. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

CANCELLATION
